Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the monthly adjustment sum different from the period payment sum?
Monthly adjustment is the average of the amount per cycle divided by the number of cycles. The period sum multiplies the payment amount by the actual number of cycles from the reference date to 12 months later. Subscriptions starting after the period are also included in the monthly adjustment.
31How is the monthly and quarterly renewal calculated?
Based on the entered next payment date, the original date is maintained each week. If no such date exists, the end of the month is used, and the next month returns to the original date. It may differ from actual service rules.
Is auto deactivation or alerts also available?
Not linked to account or subscription. Calculate based on manually entered amount and next payment date. Not reflected for cancellation, notifications, exchange rates, free trial, or price changes.
